After graduating from college, I became a trading assistant on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). I left the NYSE to work for Gourmet and Mademoiselle. I took an online course to learn the skills necessary to coach clients. In 2001, I established a newsletter and gained subscribers and coaching clients from relationships I formed while bartending and instructing fitness and dance classes.The Languages I Speak
